Hi I’m Matt. Nice to meet you! I qualified as a Personal Trainer and level 3 Sports Massage Therapist over 10 years ago in 2006.
Soon after qualifying I gained employment at a private golf and health club as a Personal Trainer. This gave me valuable experience working 1 to 1 with clients, understanding the different needs people have and helping each person achieve their sports and general wellbeing goals.
After 7 successful and fulfilling years I decided it was time to set up my own Sports Massage Clinic at the golf & health club to benefit my expanding client base.
In March 2013 I became a freelance Sports Massage Therapist at a well-established Osteopathy Clinic in West Sussex and focused on improving my technical skills and anatomy and physiology knowledge.
This gave me a close working relationship with experienced professionals, a diverse mix of the general public and professional sports people including rugby players, golfers, racing drives and runners.
This wealth of experience has ensured that I can offer an excellent and effective treatment. Today I enjoy being both a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer.
Can Sports Massage Help You Too?
Sports Massage can be very beneficial to many people. It helps alleviate the stress and tension that can build up in your body during exercise and busy lifestyles. I firmly believe that Sports Massage does not have to be an unnecessary painful experience and I work within your tolerances to pressure and encourage relaxation in the muscle. This makes a Sports Massage both enjoyable and beneficial at the same time.
Whether for the first time or if you’re used to having Sports Massages, I look forward to meeting you at Beach House Chiropractic soon! Contact reception on (01903) 66 00 94 to make your appointment.
